We do not run

The Philosophy

Hospitality marketing is not a boardroom discipline.
It happens on the floor.

Casa di Marca was founded on a conviction: that a hospitality brand's marketing should be built by someone who understands service — dayparts, menus, POS, guest expectations — not just someone who has studied it from the outside.

We work with owners and operators who understand that a campaign is only as good as its ability to survive contact with a Friday-night floor.

The Practice

One senior hand, not a rotating team

Every engagement is led directly — no account manager relaying briefs between you and the person actually doing the work.

Built for the floor, not just the brief

Every campaign is checked against operational reality first: staff scripts, offer eligibility, service hours, menu accuracy — before it ever reaches a guest.

One brand voice per concept

A luxury dining room, a social all-day concept, and a café-to-aperitivo bar do not share a tone. Each gets its own, held consistently across every channel.

No invented numbers

Performance claims are pulled from Search Console, Ads Manager, and reservation systems — never estimated, never rounded up to look better.

The Founder

Fernando Islas

Founder & Strategy Lead

Casa di Marca is led by Fernando Islas, who leads end-to-end marketing for a multi-brand Vancouver hospitality group across three concepts and five venues: a MICHELIN Guide Recommended Italian fine-dining room, a Mediterranean social-dining brand across two neighbourhoods, and an all-day café-to-aperitivo concept across two more.

That role combines the work normally divided across a brand manager, digital marketer, creative director, social lead, SEO manager, partnerships coordinator, CRM manager, and marketing project manager — across brand strategy, digital and SEO, social and paid, menu and culinary marketing, CRM and reputation, partnerships and events, print and in-venue, and operational governance.

“I do not only create content. I turn commercial priorities — openings, menu launches, daypart traffic, private events, hiring, reputation, and repeat visits — into campaigns that are ready to execute at venue level.”
