We do not collect payment information through our website. All billing for engagements is handled separately through direct invoicing.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your brief, to scope and deliver the engagement if you proceed, and to communicate with you about your project.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the engagement (for example, our email or development infrastructure providers), and only then subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver an engagement and to comply with our legal obligations. For completed engagements, we retain project files for a period of three years following delivery, after which they are securely deleted upon request.

Our website uses only essential cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that share your data.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction, to request its deletion, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
